안녕하세요. 초롱엄빠입니다. 해외직구시 영작이 어려운 분들을 위해 해외직구 프로세스에 맞추어 영작샘플들을 작성해보려고합니다. 오늘은 그 첫번째로 해외직구를 할때 필요한 상품에 대한 문의와 상품 가격에 대한 협의 등에 대한 영작샘플들을 알려드릴께요. 해외 판매자들과 메일을 주고받을때 영어 초보자 분들은 참고하시길 바랍니다. ​​ 기본적으로 문의 이메일을 보내실때는 서두에 Dear ~ 처럼 상대를 호칭하는 것을 붙이는데, 해외직구 관련 문의시에는 그냥 Dear customoer service​ agent 혹은 브랜드 이름, 혹은 그냥 생략하셔도 무방합니다. 본문을 작성하신 후엔 마지막에는 Sincerely yours나 Your sincerely, Yours truly, Best regards 등을 써주시면 되는데 중요한 비즈니스 편지가 아니라면 이 역시 생략하셔도 무방합니다. ​ 현재 포스팅에서는 주문전 문의 사례들을 다루고 있어서 필요가 없지만, 주문 이후에는 주문자 이름과 주문번호​(Order #) 등 주문과 관련된 사항들을 편지에 모두 적어보내면 받는 사람 입장에서 이해가 더 빠를테니 참고하세요. 아래에서는 예문을 먼저 하나 보여드린 다음, 각종 상황에 따라 써먹을 수 있는 영작 샘플들을 알려드릴께요. ​ ​ ​ 영작문의 받지 않습니다. 더 궁금하거나 필요하신 점이 있다면 네이버에 해당 키워드로 검색하시면 카페 등에 고수분들이 올려주신 다양한 영작 사례들이 나오니 그쪽을 참고하시길 바랍니다.
